Property Management Services

Option 1:
River Point Properties, LLC will locate a suitable renter for your rental unit. In this option our company will market, screen and perform the initial lease-up of a renter. This service will be provided for the fee of one (1) full months rent.

Option 2:
River Point Properties, LLC will locate a suitable renter for your rental unit and manage this rental unit. In this option our company will perform all the items in Option 1 plus, collect rent, handle all maintenance issues and give a monthly accounting. This service will be performed for the fee of 12% of the monthly rental plus ½ a full months rent for every initial lease-up.
